Open to the Public This is a Semi Formal event where the former players have an opportunity to tell their former Coaches how they really feel for $10 per minute. Dinner will be served promptly at 8pm. Our Annual Youth Leadership Retreat is a two-day young men’s retreat in Huntsville, AL. The retreat is an important resource to help develop essential life skills and improve mental health. The retreat offers a safe and supportive space for young men to explore and express their emotions, which helps them better understand and manage their feelings. Workshops during the retreat will promote healthy relationships and communication, which leads to stronger and more positive connections with others. Through team building challenges, the goal is to develop leadership skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, and communication. The young men will participate in outdoor activities such as the challenge tower with the goal to promote personal growth and development by stepping outside of their comfort zone.
